Pros
- Amazing team, truly a wonderful group of people that's collaborative, empathetic, creative, smart, and down-to-earth. - Leadership models company culture, which means that it trickles down to everyone. - You get to work in an interesting, fast-paced, and ever-changing field on challenging problems with really intelligent people. - Experimentation and trying new things is encouraged and failure isn't seen as something in need of reprimand but is a step on the path to development. - Strong focus on education. The book buying perk and education benefits are pretty awesome, but beyond that, management really will work to personalize a growth plan for you. I think they really care about seeing employees succeed. - Great location, snacks, lunch twice a week, fun weekly activities, quarterly team/company off-sites, cute office dogs, monthly happy hours, etc. etc.
