Pros

Free snacks and decent perks.

Cons

The product has flaws that can't be corrected in its current form. Management has fundamentally misrepresented the company's health in exchange for a "rah-rah" buy-in from employees. When the board recently forced a layoff in all its offices, management didn't have the decency to do this individually, instead choosing to tell those being fired in a group setting. It was tactless and shameful. A large number of unhappy clients.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. We take everyone's feedback seriously and hope to improve in the future. We're sorry to hear that you felt the layoffs were mishandled. We tried to be as thoughtful as we could which is why we broke into 1:1 meetings immediately after to address any concerns privately. Please email me at hr@aspireiq.com if you would like to discuss it further.

Pros

Remote Work Great Product Decent Benefits

Cons

Terrible leadership all around. Everyone they bring in seems to get worse and worse. They fire all the good people, and then the bad apples are left sticking around. This company has no ability to communicate a clear vision of what we are all working towards. Everyone in a VP or leadership position here is the wrong person for the job. Zero accountability, all finger pointing, and transparently, they are lazy. Thankful I left. It all starts from the top. The CEO is smart, but cannot lead.
