Pros

- Smart, kind colleagues who are genuinely interested in the industry - Flexible working environment

Cons

It's a shame because there was so much potential here. Your immediate team can be very supportive and gets you through the day, but all of that is soured by the toxicity coming down from the executive levels of the company. It is abundantly clear that the people who make the most noise are rewarded, regardless of their actual ability to execute. It's truly comical how the company positions itself as a thought leader, all of this is smoke and mirrors to mask the lack of depth behind their messaging. Almost the entire executive team have said outrageously inappropriate, immature, biased comments against employees of the company. There's no recourse for this behavior, despite repeated feedback from employees that this behavior needs to change. I'm embarrassed FOR them that they behave in such a way, especially in this post-Susan Fowler world. Eventually, you have to decide for yourself that enough is enough.

Pros

Remote Work Great Product Decent Benefits

Cons

Terrible leadership all around. Everyone they bring in seems to get worse and worse. They fire all the good people, and then the bad apples are left sticking around. This company has no ability to communicate a clear vision of what we are all working towards. Everyone in a VP or leadership position here is the wrong person for the job. Zero accountability, all finger pointing, and transparently, they are lazy. Thankful I left. It all starts from the top. The CEO is smart, but cannot lead.
