Pros

-Snacks & catered lunch -WFH -Unlimited PTO -Supportive coworkers who help you make it through the day

Cons

Pay is low and not competitive by SF standards. Throughout the past several months the company has laid off a high number employees only to repost new jobs with different titles and the exact same responsibilities. All hands meetings can get bizzare. CEO once went on a long rant about how certain teams were disappointing him and negatively impacting the company without giving any specifics as to what he was upset about, let alone an action plan. There is also a lack of transparency when it comes to growth opportunities. It seems the same people continue to get promoted while those others have a carrot dangled in front of them (yet never receive critical feedback when meeting with their supervisors). The company would rather hire externally than promote from within.

Pros

Remote Work Great Product Decent Benefits

Cons

Terrible leadership all around. Everyone they bring in seems to get worse and worse. They fire all the good people, and then the bad apples are left sticking around. This company has no ability to communicate a clear vision of what we are all working towards. Everyone in a VP or leadership position here is the wrong person for the job. Zero accountability, all finger pointing, and transparently, they are lazy. Thankful I left. It all starts from the top. The CEO is smart, but cannot lead.
