Pros
Decent Pay & Benefits – The salary was fair for the industry, and the benefits package was competitive. Nothing over-the-top, but it covered the basics. Good Team (Mostly) – I had the pleasure of working with some great colleagues. There were a few bad apples, but overall, teamwork was decent. Work-Life Balance (Depends on the Role) – Some departments had reasonable expectations, while others seemed to believe employees had no lives outside of work.
Cons
Management Could Use Some Work – Communication from leadership was inconsistent. Policies changed frequently, and employees were often the last to know. Growth Opportunities Were Limited – Despite promises of internal promotions and career growth, moving up felt like a waiting game with no clear timeline. Culture Was Hit or Miss – Some days, the workplace felt collaborative; other days, it felt like a scene from "Survivor" with unnecessary office politics.
