Working at Aspire, you are given the tools you need to succeed. I was given access to multiple online courses paid for by the company for me to specialize in various tasks associated with my role. Not only this, but I was trusted with multiple big projects upon joining the company having had little corporate work experience- having this responsibility can only push a person to learn and grow. The working environment is great with amazing welfare plans making sure we feel part of the family and appreciated. We are constantly being treated to food delvieries, gift boxes, group events and more. Having family members who have worked in the public sector for years (they get none of these benefits and even have to pay for their own Christmas party), I can see how these welfare elements go a long way in keeping employees happy :) Most employees are willing to share their expertise and will lend a helping hand which leads to a friendly and collaborative working environment. The hierarchal structure of the company is very flat which is great and means the senior management are approachable and collaborate with employees from all departments.
