      Pros

      This COULD be one of the most amazing places to work. Amazing co-workers and purpose.

      Cons

      The Management team is downright TERRIBLE! Given the importance of the work this company does, you would think the leadership team would be supporting the front line staff with whatever they need but instead live in a very disconnected world far from where the actual work is done and often go weeks or months without seeing how services are being performed. They also enjoy unnecessary excessive and unnecessary perks that could be going to improve the lives of their clients.

      Family-friendly, supportive work environment, good work/life balance, opportunities to help shape a growing department, collaborative team culture, meaningful clinical work

      Some processes are still evolving within my developing department, growth can sometimes mean adjusting to changes in workflow

      Pros

      Quick timeline from application submission to contact with a human recruiter. Smooth and transparent hiring process from application to onboarding. Next steps were clearly defined along the way with anticipated timelines. Aspire provides a comprehensive onboarding and orientation that feels like I am set up for success in my role.

      Cons

      I have not had any experience that I would consider a con.
