      Pros

      My co-workers are amazing! I also feel fulfilled whenever I get to help our clients.

      Cons

      Sadly, employees in this company are simply treated like machines. We are forced to work for brutally long hours while being compensated very poorly. The leadership is full of cold-hearted people who do not even have an ounce of care for the well-being of their employees. I really regret getting a job here and I advise you not to make the same mistake I did.

      Some processes are still evolving within my developing department, growth can sometimes mean adjusting to changes in workflow

      Pros

      Quick timeline from application submission to contact with a human recruiter. Smooth and transparent hiring process from application to onboarding. Next steps were clearly defined along the way with anticipated timelines. Aspire provides a comprehensive onboarding and orientation that feels like I am set up for success in my role.

      I have not had any experience that I would consider a con.
