      Pros

      Good pay for certain positions, caring staff, smart people, BIG potential

      Cons

      Surprising lack of structure (no breaks to breathe or eat which are expected in education), high staff to student ratio = big waste of resources and shows inefficiency, low retention obviously because of these problems). preparedness from the beginning could have lessened this, not sure what goes on there, so many problems that could be fixed with better communication which does not exist, uncredentialed people where it matters (controlling behavior), nonexistent reinforcement systems, kids run the show, no clinical oversight at all

      Family-friendly, supportive work environment, good work/life balance, opportunities to help shape a growing department, collaborative team culture, meaningful clinical work

      Some processes are still evolving within my developing department, growth can sometimes mean adjusting to changes in workflow

      Pros

      Quick timeline from application submission to contact with a human recruiter. Smooth and transparent hiring process from application to onboarding. Next steps were clearly defined along the way with anticipated timelines. Aspire provides a comprehensive onboarding and orientation that feels like I am set up for success in my role.

      Cons

      I have not had any experience that I would consider a con.
