Pros
Nothing particularly stands out as an advantage
Cons
I was hired stating there was an immediate requirement with strong urgency from their side. I had multiple offers at that time, and the HR repeatedly called and pushed me to choose this company. The hiring communication created a strong impression that there was a confirmed and urgent project need. After joining, I was not assigned to any project at all. I remained on the bench from day one and within a month I was sent out due to lack of project allocation. There was no serious attempt to place me into a project. Even if you do get into a project, there is no real stability. If a client decides to dissolve or reduce the team, employees can be removed immediately. There is little visible effort from management to retain or defend employees in such situations. Compared to larger service firms, this company appears more vulnerable to client level cost cutting, and employees are the first to be impacted. Overall, the experience felt highly transactional. Strong follow up before joining, but absolutely no support afterward. Consider joining only if it is your last choice.
