Pros
They are giving nice pay for managers. Most of the managers dont have much work and have to say that some of them are not at all talented.
Cons
1) They maintain hierarchy at the same time they are trying to fool the employees by creating an image that they are employee friendly. 2) Very low compensation for freshers. 3) Senior developers don't step in to Aspire with a low salary because growth is based on luck and its not in your hand. 4) There is no freedom of work.
