Poor work-life balance as in a classy service based companies. No benefits, no fancy pay. Not for people who wants to earn faster. Typical Hierarchical management and politics. Pay is not in par with the work. Facilities becomes worse as the company grows. Management pretends to be flat hierarchy and transparent to employees. HR meetings are just eye wash
