Good work-life balance, worsening benefits and unheard of non-competes for everyone - Attorney (Denials) Aspirion Employee Review

Pay is abysmal. Benefits have been cut. No longer paying overtime. Aspirion has now required that every attorney (even associates) sign an absurdly broad NDA and Non-Compete as well as a release from liability. Many of their attorneys are leaving to a competitor and their response has been to pay less AND try to restrict re-employment for one year after you leave this company. I would avoid at all costs.
