Great teamwork and communication. Executive level management is very transparent. As long as the company is making money - the employees are getting raises and bonuses

Cons

Strict in and out times for a relaxed office environment Not many work remote flexibility unless you are in sales/sales engineer Promotions

Everyone was always willing to help and the managers are there for you. The schedule is flexible. I was able to create my own schedule but I needed to meet the minimum hours worked.

Cons

I didn't really have any negative experiences.

team seems overwhelmed at times and management structure was confusing with in the organization, operates rather lean
