good starting salary, bonuses. Come in do your job, leave.

Cons

little to no movement possible. expectations, goals, growth completely dependent on your manager.....if they pay attention to you. No interaction among colleagues. Miserable work environment

Everyone was always willing to help and the managers are there for you. The schedule is flexible. I was able to create my own schedule but I needed to meet the minimum hours worked.

Cons

I didn't really have any negative experiences.

team seems overwhelmed at times and management structure was confusing with in the organization, operates rather lean
