Pros

Food stipends for travel, work from home, small team (can be a pro or a negative)

Cons

No onboarding process, high turnover rate, lack of training and development resources to ensure success (there is a lot to learn, make SOP's available) work can feel tedious and repetitive (lots of data entry, that's pretty much the job, requires a person who is good at navigating maps & copying vast amounts of data accurately).

Pros

Everyone was always willing to help and the managers are there for you. The schedule is flexible. I was able to create my own schedule but I needed to meet the minimum hours worked.

Cons

I didn't really have any negative experiences.

Was a good company and team to work for, although I heard they combined departments and things may be different

team seems overwhelmed at times and management structure was confusing with in the organization, operates rather lean
