Management cares about their teams. Colleagues are nice. Great work life balance

Cons

Working on aging software infrastructure with technical debt. Hard to get clear direction on moving forward with project decisions. Pay is low comparatively speaking

Pros

Everyone was always willing to help and the managers are there for you. The schedule is flexible. I was able to create my own schedule but I needed to meet the minimum hours worked.

Cons

I didn't really have any negative experiences.

Was a good company and team to work for, although I heard they combined departments and things may be different

Cons

team seems overwhelmed at times and management structure was confusing with in the organization, operates rather lean
