Pros
There's a strange mix of good and bad at this company. The job itself is cool. Cool traveling and a cute little career. It really inspires you to want to travel and save up flight credits (that they let you keep). Management will hear you if you want to make improvements. I had ideas on improving operations and they were receptive. Decent pay and benefits w/ a nice stay on bonus. After I left my job they cut me off from health benefits the day of. I had to pay 115 out of pocket for a therapy visit. This is borderline financial abuse.
Cons
Project based bonuses were offered at contract signing but we're never given or discussed. When I asked other employees, they said the same thing. That was a hard pill to swallow. They will cross boundaries to motivate you. Management typically takes advantage and can make a work week into 60+ hours. They often use manipulation to try to make you believe that the extra assignments they are given aren't that bad. The lack of diversity is evident because management hires others that are just like them. Perspective on work-style is not heard and they try to control you more than respect you as equal. It's also not uncommon to hear utterly insensitive statements (putting it lightly).
