Pros

As a Software Developer, I love AssetWorks setup for the development team. We only develop and we don't much talk to customer nor support. We do have customer support team that is very knowledgeable of the product and technically knowdegeable to support the product. Just go to work, do your work and that's it! Big time bonu$$$ too if your company hits the target.

Cons

They provided us good software but I guess they can do better with the hardware the PC's and office furnitures.

Pros

Everyone was always willing to help and the managers are there for you. The schedule is flexible. I was able to create my own schedule but I needed to meet the minimum hours worked.

Cons

I didn't really have any negative experiences.

Was a good company and team to work for, although I heard they combined departments and things may be different

team seems overwhelmed at times and management structure was confusing with in the organization, operates rather lean
