Pros
Employees at Assigncorp are so very talented and skilled at what they do. They manage to create an environment of fun, at the same time, get work done. My immediate supervisor gave me autonomy to complete tasks and was always available for support and advice when I needed it. Top management has employees' best interests at heart and when faced with a situation, will likely decide in favor of the employee, even if it means a short term loss for the company. My supervisor was also very flexible during my maternity leave and during instances when I had to work from home.
Cons
Small company but adopts pro-employee standards like larger companies. This may affect their bottom line. Could focus more on sales and building the business.
