      Pros

      This is a family oriented company and love to work for them. Works around your schedule if you have a family.

      Cons

      There is no training and it’s either you get it or you don’t. They Overload you with 9 or more associations and you are unwilling to provide your best to make each board of directors happy. Pay high in health insurance! Pay the managers more money as you expect a lot from them and you pull them away from their families!
