Pros
Great company to work at, lots of training and access to multiple platforms with training videos. There are locations across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, with that, there are always opportunities available if you are willing to relocate or are looking for a new place to call home.
Cons
Corporate atmosphere, empathy and sympathy are lacking. Leadership could improve their organization and communicate better. No bonuses and I've heard merit increases don't exist or are rarely given. I accepted the position NTE 8 properties in my Portfolio. I was at 10 within 2 months. **I've been employed at Associa 8 months, so my perception of the company as a whole, may just be having a lack of time at the company.
