Slow to adapt - Employee Associated Bank Employee Review

Managers care to much about hitting numbers then about people sometimes. The company is slow to adapt to the market and under pays current employees and refused to address the pay gap compared to new hires in a timely fashion. Also the computer system is antiquated, not something you'd expect from an organization this size.
