Pros

Very nice PTO and health insurance benefits. The pay is not bad for someone fresh from college. Much more extensive initial training process than many companies.

Cons

The corporate culture is toxic; customer service reps are worked until they are drained, then fired for performance issues. Although incentive was (before the recession hit) achievable and decently-sized, my total compensation decreased by about 20% over 3 years. New rules and products are continually introduced without enough customer notice, so new fees seem to bloom like mushrooms on their statements. Every second of your work day is monitored in multiple ways.

Colleagues don't qualify for lending despite current employment - if credit score and income are not there.
