This is definitely not a place to make a career. They will say you get to use new technologies then stick you on 40 year old code or dead end projects. Promotions are purely based on politics and who cannot do their current job so they need to move them. Leadership up the line have no idea what they are doing or how to communicate. I am trying to move on but the skills I am using are not helpful for career progression.
