Pros
Fellow employees are generally good natured. Unfortunately, the majority of staff is treated like they're expendable, so there is unity in misery.
Cons
Firstly, this company is owned and ran by its physicians. The doctors you will be hired to work for will never be held accountable for anything. There is an elitist mindset and no loyalty to other employees. If you are not a physician on the board of directors, you are nothing. You can be the most efficient worker, and it will never be enough. Nothing is ever enough. Good employees are grossly taken advantage of while lazy employees are overlooked. There is no support for staff members within this company. If you have any issues with the way things are going, you are essentially told to get over it. The management is incompetent at best, and that is the kindest thing I can say. There is not a single employee working with this department who feels that they are a valued and happy in their job. Employee turnover rates prove this.
