Pros

Easy interview process is really all I can say was a pro.

Cons

No teamwork, and best of luck to you if you're assigned a mentor, when they tend to have no urge to help until a Sup gets involved. Tons of backstabbing, and shady mentality on supervisors and management. Want to move to a different department? Might as well quit, management will do whatever they can to kick you out instead of have you move about within the company. Due to remote work because of Covid, any systems errors are immediately your fault, instead of IT or management giving you a heads up about it to help get it fixed. No OT, so all the time you're spending trying to catch up with the intense workload is completely on you.

Pros

The people are wonderful and the culture is great. It is exciting to be a part of a company that is growing at a rapid pace, in people, premiums, and product diversity.

Cons

The biggest issue we have is with communication. However, this is actively being addressed by leadership for improvement.

Pros

I have had a very positive experience working here. The company has built a culture that genuinely values its employees, fosters collaboration, and encourages professional growth. Leadership is accessible and transparent, and there is a clear commitment to supporting team members both personally and professionally. It is an exciting time to be part of the organization. The company is growing strategically and thoughtfully, creating opportunities for employees to contribute in meaningful ways and expand their careers. There is a strong sense of shared purpose and momentum that makes coming to work each day rewarding. What stands out most is the company’s commitment not only to its employees but also to the communities it serves. There is a sincere focus on making a positive impact, and that mission-driven approach is reflected in daily operations and decision-making. Overall, this is a company where people are respected, growth is encouraged, and community impact matters. I am proud to be part of the team and look forward to what the future holds.

Cons

As the organization scales, there is an opportunity to further standardize processes across teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.
