straightforward training. you can do the minimum required and just coast if you aren't bothered what management think. you can work very very hard and progress to team manager if you are the right person.
Cons
ten minute breaks, sharply monitored, focus on stats and call times, boring and repetitive work. frustrating and anger inducing conversations with the customers
