Pros

Good benefits. Work from home days (depend on the department) are nice. Cool office in Midtown. They try to create a work/life balance. Some managers are more flexible than others, but people commuting from far suburbs should have more flexibility, especially when being in the office is not a requirement to create good work

Cons

Boys club. Moving the cool office in midtown to the other, more corporate office in Windy Hill. Senior management is out of touch. No holiday bonuses. Not much upward mobility. Lots of outsourcing to contractors in India. Seemingly high turnover of talent. The way they laid off some team members was devoid of compassion

Pros

Stable job and decent pay

Cons

No opportunities for growth, little management support, only sell renters for half a year before getting trained on one other product. Very transactional sales process, capped commissions.
