Pros

Its a job & you get paid, Canteen is OK.

Cons

Training is a joke. What is expected is laughable. The company needs to look at moral, compassion & sensitivity when it comes to personal issues. Lose the strict back to school / prison approach & have more faith in your employees, you then may get a better work rate, lifting moral & dropping the exceedingly high staff turn over. Parking is atrocious.

Stable job and decent pay

Cons

No opportunities for growth, little management support, only sell renters for half a year before getting trained on one other product. Very transactional sales process, capped commissions.
