Pros

Opportunity to work from home as a Contractor.

Cons

Management family members are given opportunities for promotion more frequently then loyal hard working associates. Pay is less then industry average, promotions out of department are very hard because a lack of a career ladder. The organization relies on associate's ability to network through a management team that turns over from client to client to get an interview out of current position. Expect to work in current position several years before being allowed for an interview out of current position. Bi-annual reviews are geared to not having give the associate a raise or promotion. No feedback from management on a weekly or monthly basis. Which leaves review process unfavorable to associates but doesn't stop the extra work and projects that management give to underperforming associates to complete. Turnover extremely high to do poor treatment of employees, poor company culture in office in Duluth Ga., Blatant Discrimination against LGBTQ, the Elderly Employees, the Educated and Males.
