Pros

Health, vision, dental, life, STD/LTD benefits for the family, even domestic partner coverage is offered. 401(k) match is great. Flexible hours and WFH where possible. The company has done a terrific job through the pandemic, for most employees.

Cons

Recent layoffs and job outsourcing to global partners is concerning. Leaders that push unrealistic KPI metrics then scream about poor quality are valued over those that care about balance of quality & quantity. Annual reviews & increases (0.5%-2%) are a complete joke; there is no 'pay for performance', therefore being an outstanding performer is not valued. No room for growth, therefore salary caps out due to job grade salary ranges. Must change jobs/roles to a higher pay grade position in order to earn more. Nepotism and favoritism abound. HR exists to protect the company, not to assist or guide employees with issues that arise.

Pros

Remote work across all lines of business allows for a flexible work environment

Cons

There is almost no opportunity for growth. The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
