I love what I do and I consider myself an email nerd. It's refreshing to be on a team where everyone is so passionate about what they do and about making an impact. - Flexibility. I appreciate the freedom and ability to prioritize my own schedule and create my own pace. Doctors appointment? Sick kid? No problem. Work your schedule around it. It's truly a team I'm lucky to have found. - Benefits. The benefits are excellent. I am encouraged to take and use vacations (we get lectured if they see that too many of us aren't using enough of our days, haha!). Remote opportunities is very commonplace throughout the company, and I really appreciate the 401K and stock contributions as an employee, as well as a STIP bonus that occurs yearly.
