Pros

My direct manager as well as the crew within my store were amazing to work with and I have nothing bad to say about any of them. Benefits are okay and pay is decent.

Cons

The customers are ruthless and upper management belittles and ignores lower level employees. There is absolutely 0 communication on any process needed to be successful at the job. The only communication is from other store's employees who experience the same issues and have no solutions either. It was like being thrown into a fire pit and being told how to put yourself out by someone who is also on fire.

Pros

Remote work across all lines of business allows for a flexible work environment

Cons

There is almost no opportunity for growth. The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
