Pros

Pros were very limited, I guess working from home was a pro, and accumulating PTO And Christmas bonus was nice like $300 after taxes

Cons

Horrific, horrible management as a rep no one respects you, QA people laugh while scoring your calls, angry customers no help from management just criticism on making sure you follow a script word for word. Then you miss one word and get put on probation after getting like 300 calls in a row with exceptional quality. I mean this organization is just terrible. Many customers that call feel scammed and have to go through hoops to get just a claim filed, it’s sad, blessed to have gotten a better opportunity after.

Pros

Remote work across all lines of business allows for a flexible work environment

Cons

There is almost no opportunity for growth. The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
