Pros

Overtime if you need the money. Company itself is great with benefits. Not strict about use of pto. All major holidays are off.

Cons

Overworked and stressed with new management. Job is not doable pending claims over 100. Close 40 claims in a week get that same amount back in 2 days. Claims department is managed very poorly. High turn over rate. Majority don’t last more than 1-2 years. Management constantly lies to their team that things will get better. After pandemic new office area is dreadful. Extremely depressing.

Remote work across all lines of business allows for a flexible work environment

Cons

There is almost no opportunity for growth. The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
