Pros
The benefits are out of this world...Health, Dental, etc. The PTO is lovely also when coming in the door. Some of the managers are down to Earth.
Cons
If you don't like being micromanaged, I strongly advise NOT to work here. No growth within the company. Many jobs are being outsourced. Layoffs are about once every 3 or 4 months and we're talking about 100 people at a time. Also, it's ridiculously hard to try and move up within the company. I was promised an IT job (what I went to school for) and was given a customer service job and that was almost 3 years ago with no type of indication of me advancing.
