Pros
Possible Growth, multiple fields of employment, frequent meetings and updates and upper management is easy to talk to.
Cons
Compensation Caps, policies or changes in affect that can effect your pay, few managers who show favoritism by either keeping you because your a good employee (not moving you) or hindering you from leaving (also not moving you, but with vague descriptions of work ethic), job freeze at the moment and has had two major lay-offs in the last year and a half.
