Business Outlook
Pros
Good salary, 401k matching, tuition reimbursement. Generous time off. Some departments/managers offer flexible work schedules and work from home opportunity.
Cons
Company is going out of business now. Poor opportunity for career growth unless employee works in the main office in Milwaukee. Average to poor health care benefits, but seems that most of the health insurance companies I've worked for have had poor benefits for their own employees. Would not recommend to a friend only because we are now going out of business, otherwise, I have recommended friends in the past.
