Pros
Great company to work for if your looking for potential growth. Having your foot in the door basically gives you an opportunity to grow with in 9 months. Plenty of fields and departments to work for. For plenty departments you are able to work from home. The schedules are flexible depending on department. Managers are usually very easy going. Get used to being alone, since this position requires LOTS of individual work! Flexible with days off, great and reasonable pay with yearly or semi annually pay. Training if needed. Very steady job.
Cons
A lot of unprofessional people since they do work with recruiting agencies (temp workers). Over the top & stuck up people. Could be difficult to reach your managers.. So your better of EMAILING ALL THE TIME. Research isn't for everyone, it's lots of repetitive work.. For me it's like data entry! You get bored very quick.
