Active and engaged People Organization/HR Company is making efforts the improve pay for performance strategies Sustainable company that has some opportunities for longevity Expanded DEI Lots of hard working and knowledgeable people throughout organization

Cons

Pay rate and merit increases Executive leadership development and accountability; some are doing bare minimum to remain in role Many good people are overworked, and under appreciated Helpful leadership feedback and candor is rare at the Director and AVP level roles
