Pros

They have a daycare and a school, and have a great cafeteria. You can pretty much do everything you need to do on your daily basis without leaving the building: you can go drop the clothes on the dry cleaners, send mail, do your workout at gym, eat, relax looking at the lake, have Cuban coffee, and buy gift cards for last minute presents, including helium balloons, do baby showers, play fuss ball or air hockey. All in the same place.

Cons

The work load is excessive, there are no clear boundaries in the IT department, there is not a sense of specialized teams, and you end up trying to juggle customer support, with new projects, with systems maintenance, with project administration and documentation. You are evaluated on a yearly basis, and it seems to me that the expectations are overwhelming. You did the best effort you could and you end up just performing. In my mind is literally impossible to comply with all the expectations without working more then 50 hours a week.

Pros

Remote work across all lines of business allows for a flexible work environment

Cons

There is almost no opportunity for growth. The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
