Pros
Starting pay is ok if you are new to the industry! Steady employment! It was close to my home.
Cons
Semi-monthly pay, glass ceiling you can't move up unless you kiss up. They waste talent and skill for Yes men. They do not invest in the employees! The stress is high in fact people get carried off in ambulances. A lot of people on FMLA and they deny claims after they stress you out. I almost got evicted because they denied my claim and had the nerve to say I owe them money because they paid me and I never got a check! When I returned from leave they took 3 checks and most of the bonus. My advice work temp for the company NEVER EVER go perm and keep looking for other employment!
