Pros
The best thing about this organization is the dress code. You are able to wear whatever you want to work and be in a comfortable environment. You can wear jeans, gym shoes, or t-shirts everyday if you like. Since the new acquisition, the cost of benefits have improved greatly.
Cons
Their are so many cons - work schedules; backstabbing management; low pay; promises not kept; CYA attitudes; lack of values. If you want to lose your job, then simply raise an issue with the management team and you'll be unemployed in no time.
