Pros
Best reason to work at assurant is I work on the weekend shift and get 36 hours, which leaves me the rest of the week for free time, so if you're in school this is perfect for you or if you're looking for something to do in the weekends. The job is pretty easy, and you get a break every 2 hours. They have really good benefits. The supervisors are nice and helpful.
Cons
They have a strict dress code policy, you have to go through a metal detector when you go clock in and out and that includes lunch, and it takes out your time considering you have to wait 5 min in line to wait for people to go through and by the time you get to the break room theres another line to wait for the microwave so I suggest you bring a salad for lunch or something that does not require heating. Another con is standing for straight 12 hours, unless they assign you to where you can sit then no problem there.
