Pros

Permanent remote work status, no return to office Lot of PTO

Cons

- Management - inaccessible, unresponsive, rude - Lack of reciprocation- expectation to help everyone with everything without receiving similar assistance - Poor communication - too many unnecessary emails, not enough necessary emails, erratic responsiveness in Teams chat despite a team dependence on real-time assistance - Favoritism - Poor quality of written procedures - written in such a way that a lot of reps cannot navigate or understand while actively on a call - Constantly short staffed - Constant loss of employees - Poor training - new hires don’t have familiarity with systems or concepts when they are released onto the phones - Low raises - less than $1 for meeting expectations - Difficult to attain “exceeding expectations” status despite doing more than peers - Unattainable monthly bonuses - Poor health insurance

Pros

Remote work across all lines of business allows for a flexible work environment

Cons

There is almost no opportunity for growth. The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
