Decent benefits there are alot worse out there. Time off varying on the team can be challenging as there are set buckets each day.

There is almost no opportunity for growth.
The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
