Work-life balance is very good for most of the year Very competitive benefits including generous PTO and retirement plan Culture focused on employee growth Actuarial student program with employer study hours, passing raises, and first time passing bonuses Great place to get entry level experience-entry level employees can get involved in important projects
Cons
Compensation is always based at the industry median and is not very transparent-difficult to get ahead IT support is very poor, there tends to be many problems with work laptops and security access that are always difficult to resolve. Exam raises and bonuses tend to be a little bit on the smaller side here
