Pros

The job itself is ok once you actually learn the material.

Cons

Where do I even start? The client I worked for was Chase bank. The operational procedures need to be analyzed and changed - [ ] on every single level starting from the top. The processes are not in place to help employees succeed. I imagine the turnover rate is extremely high because of this. For example, you can go above and beyond for a customer but if you don’t ask them to sign up for text messages, you fail the call. Why should my livelihood be determined by that instead of the quality of my actual work? Also, leadership is not there when needed and the micromanagement is just something no adult should have to deal with. Managers and team leads are extremely condescending. You can ask for help in the team chat with no response from leadership, but the moment you’re in ACW status too long or have a customer on hold too long while you wait for assistance, they are messaging you on the side. All they care about are numbers. You could be 30 seconds late from break and there’s already a message waiting for you when you log back in. The entire system needs to reanalyzed and changed. i don’t even understand how the company is successful

Pros

Remote work across all lines of business allows for a flexible work environment

Cons

There is almost no opportunity for growth. The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
