Pros
Its a great company, where if you build relationships internally, you can accomplish great things. High standards, and good governance. Flush with cash, they are investing in the right things. A massive transformation is underway as they divest from entire market segments, and merge the remaining two. Expect 2016 to be a year of organizational upheaval. The Street is buying the story, and the stock price is BUY or HOLD.
Cons
New hires have to get plugged in quickly, as 20 year employee veterans control the business, budgets and personnel decisions. You have to be extremely agile in building relationships ( a must) while simultaneously bringing tangible value. There is no compromise here. So don't join unless your a bit of a political animal and part Einstein in your field.
